The following petitions were started by individuals who have opposed the ongoing human rights violations of the Ethiopian government against Oromo protesters as well as the massive eviction projects being undertaken by the Ethiopian government against Oromo farmers in several localities in Oromia, especially in the area surrounding Finfinne (Addis Ababa). The public can sign one or many of the following petitions to highlight the voices of Oromo students and farmers in particular, and the Oromo people in general.

The Ethiopian government has unleashed its armed forces on unarmed students and citizens from across Oromia who are peacefully protesting the implementation of the Addis Ababa Integrated Master Plan. 3) Petitioning President Barack Obama and Prime Minister David Cameron:- World Leaders: Help Us to Stop Mass Evictions and Killings of Oromos in Ethiopia (on Avaaz.org)
Since the launch of this mega project thousands of concerned Oromos (students, government workers and farmers) are protesting all over the country. During this course of pretest which start in 2014, 80 peaceful protesters were shot dead and hundreds were injured.
